Happy Monday boscia beauties!

Today marks the national Japanese holiday of Marine Day! Sometimes known as Sea Day or Ocean Day, Marine Day is a well-known holiday celebrated throughout Japan. Today, Japanese give thanks to all the ocean provides. Marine Day traditionally takes place the third week of July on Monday. Although a fairly new holiday to Japan, many enjoy taking off work and venturing to the beach to enjoy the ocean’s splendor. Whether engaging in watersports, or fishing, enjoying the beautiful ocean can be celebrated in so many ways!

Here at boscia HQ, we recognize Marine Day as an important day to us. We thank the ocean for its bounty in all that we receive – with the help of the sea, we created some of our most beloved and innovative products. Our All-In-One B.B. Eye Brightener SPF 20, Tsubaki Deep Hydration Sleeping Mask, Tsubaki Cleansing Oil-Gel and Tsubaki Beauty Oil all contain Wakame (Japanese Sea Kelp). Wakame, helps increase collagen production, prevents signs of aging and evens out skin tone by diminishing discoloration! The Cool Blue Hydration Essence contains the main ingredient, Sea Whip, one of the world’s most powerful skin-soothers of the sea. When using our botanically potent products, be sure to thank Mother Nature and the great, blue sea for all it provides.

Though we may not be in Japan, we hope you too can find some time to spend near the ocean this summer and enjoy the wonderful things our oceans have to offer!
